Room Rental for Auditorium

This room seats up to 200 in banquet setting, with eight to a table. This price also includes tables, chairs and linens for your event along with room design, set-up and clean-up. If we have availability we allow you to decorate on the day before. We have state of the art audio/visual and provide a technician for 3 hours (if additional hours are needed we charge $15 per hour). A non-refundable $250 deposit will be required to hold the date.

Special Tables & Chair Covers

Serpentine tables can be rented - a 28' serpentine table with skirted linen (black or white linens) rents for $200 and highboy bistro tables rent for $20 each. Ask about pricing for chair covers.

Bar Set-up

You would need to provide the wine and beer. Alcohol will be chilled before the event and set-up to serve. We furnish all stemware. We cannot do a cash bar at this time. We provide licensed bartenders to serve the event at an additional cost of $20 per hour - with one bartender per 100 guests.

Margarita Machine

The rental includes a double barrel machine, 2 drink mixes (each serves 100 glasses), straws and salt. You would need to provide the alcohol. Additional drink mix at $20 per container. We will set-up and serve.

Dance Music

We can make a recommendation for a DJ or you can bring in live music.

Dance floors are available for rent. We also have a white dance floor that looks great.
